It’s a tough job to be Sanjay Dutt. His persona itself makes him stand out in the crowd and in order to achieve that kind of identity, Ranbir Kapoor has to work really hard. And we must say, Ranbir is putting his best foot forward to make Sanjay Dutt’s biopic a memorable one. We have learnt that Ranbir Kapoor is set to undergo a physical transformation for this film. The physical stature of both the stars is quite different from each other. Sanjay Dutt is huge and bulky whereas Ranbir is lean yet muscular physically. Therefore, Ranbir will have to bulk up and put on some weight to resemble Sanjay Dutt. Ranbir is willing to do that and reports suggest that he is soon set to hit the gym in order to beef up. It would be really interesting to see Ranbir huge all beefed up and looking as huge as a hulk in the film.
The movie is set to start rolling in mid-2016. The news was doing the rounds that Ranbir and the director had spent a good time amount of time with Sanjay Dutt when he was out on Parole. This effort was to get to know the star better so that they don’t miss out on the minute yet important details of his controversial journey.
